Ichiro's Malt & Grain World Blended

The iconic blend of Ichiro's Malt range, the Malt & Grain World Edition Limited Edition follows the same philosophy of highlighting the art of blending. Indeed, Ichiro Akuto has carefully selected malt whiskies from different countries such as Scotland, Canada, the United States, and Chichibu in Japan, making this blend a "Japanese World Blend Whisky", as he likes to say, thus advocating transparency. A blend of whiskies over 10 years old, this edition has the particularity of having a malt from the oldest stocks of the Chichibu distillery.
 
Nose: Peach and dried apricot, sweet butterscotch, vanilla cream, citrus zest, synthetic bananas and gooey malt.
Palate: Toffee first and foremost, with notes of barley malt, gingerbread, tropical fruits, honeyed pipe tobacco lveas, black pepper, roasted chestnut and freshly cut hay.
Finish: Medium length with vanilla and dried tropical fruit.
